Nothing on this website is a binding offer. Where we provide software development, hosting, marketing or related services, the scope, timetable, fees and deliverables are set out in a separate written agreement, statement of work or quotation. Where that agreement conflicts with these terms, that agreement takes precedence.

All content on this site — including text, design, layout, graphics, logos and the AlgoClick name and marks — is owned by AlgoClick Ltd or used under licence, and is protected by intellectual property law. Ownership of work produced for clients is governed by the relevant client agreement.

6. Our brands and third-party links

AlgoClick owns and operates Best4.me, Software.Fish and NerdBible. Those websites have their own terms and policies, and some earn affiliate commission from the products they list. These terms do not govern them.

Where we link to other third-party websites, we do so for convenience only. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, products or practices.

7. Availability

We aim to keep this site available and accurate, but we provide it "as is" and "as available". We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time without notice, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

8. Disclaimer

The content of this website is provided for general information only. It does not constitute professional, technical, financial or legal advice, and you should not rely on it as such.
